This class and system of training is based on concepts from several grappling arts such as wrestling, judo, hapkido, and jujitsu. You will learn how to engage an opponent in close quarters and submit from there or take it to the ground.
Takedowns, throws, balance manipulation, leverage, ground control, reversals, and submissions are all part of this system. As in the kickboxing class, you can train as hard as you like.
